We had Orkin out to take care of bird mites. Something very out of our territory. I was told someone would be out this day, nobody came. Was told this day, nobody came. Finally call and ask if I need to find someone else. No, we'll be there tomorrow. Great. Both the person who came out and inspected and did removal were very nice. I guess the guy who comes and sprays is nice, but we had some other work done and I was not pleased with the way they left things and we have been waiting for them to come and finish. I understand that Covid is playing a little part in this.

We had Orkin out at the beginning of the summer to spray for wasps. I was hesitant to even order the service because the concept seemed ridiculous but they convinced me it was very effective! It is not. But it had a 30 day guarantee. So I began calling them on the 20th day. I left messages. I called the national number who would emailed the local spot. If you need pest control, you can do WAY better than these guys. No phone calls of when they're coming out. Try to bill you for service that didn't happen. Tell you the reason they don't call about your bills, is because a daughter of an administrator was killed by a drunk driver the night before, when I was supposed to get a call back about billing 2 weeks prior to that situation.
