These guys did a great job. We had mouse problems. They really know what they're doing. Normally we try to use local companies but went with Orkin. Great service, the service manager came onsite when work was being done. Highly recommend.

Have Kevin Knutson stop at our business for months now. He is so nice and always in a great mood. He is very good at checking the traps monthly for us. He comes early afternoon so works great for us. Always gets me the paperwork I need.

Poor service and dishonest staff. They set up an appointment. They are supposed to call when they come. They never call. I just get an email saying they completed service with a report of what they allege was done. Upon arriving, I notice that nothing was done. I had to request a different technician because this happened more than 2 times with this technician. But the same technician still shows up for subsequent service. Do not trust for attic insulation. It's taken 2 months and 3 city inspections, so far it hasn't passed inspection. I've escalated to anyone I know at Orkin, no one is taking accountability, they're not offering a discount given the number of times I've stayed home to wait for them to show up late, and do incomplete work. They did not get any permitting to begin with, then had to be sent the requirements from the city inspector to actually know what was required. orkin is not what they used to be. customer service once you become a customer is horrible. Managers are NEVER available the reps are rude and they over charge and don't show up for scheduled appointments. i never received mosquito treatment and they charged me for it. i asked for my money back and they indicated they would credit my monthly service and that never happened. they also do not show up in between treatments when you call about still seeing bugs. I have had orkin service for mosquito control in the summer and mouse control in the winter for several years. Our mouse problem was severe so I asked for Orkin's "rodent specialist" to come out for analysis. They sent someone who clearly did not know what he was doing. I then asked them to come back to reassess, I called 3 times, even talked to a manager, with no response. So much for customer service and dedication to excellent service! We cancelled. Poor, poor, poor! Don't use them!

I own a business and I normally am reserved about leaving a poor review without giving the company an opportunity to fix something. This however is extremely frustrating, they canceled at the last minute on the first day, rescheduled for second day and were a no call no show. My husband missed a Dr's appointment because it was very important to be there for a first visit. Do yourself a favor and find another company. This is twice now that they were a no show. First time, no call whatsoever. Waited all day on a Saturday. Not even a courtesy call saying they couldn't make it. Changed schedule around today for them and an hour before they were supposed to be here we got a call saying they will not be coming out, AGAIN! Apparently they technicians can schedule appointments but have no access to their "master schedule" so maybe they will be here maybe they won't, I have better odds in Las Vegas. ... read more

Worst Service I called to get a wasp nest removed last Saturday. They called and canceled last minute. Reschedule for this morning. I called towards the end of the window of their arrival time 8 -10 am. They were overbooked again. Didn't even have the courtesy to tell me. Said I was 6th in line and supposedly would be here at noon. No, I don't think so. Don't call Orkin. Seriously.
