Service person very personable….listened patiently the concerns re the insects that had become highly bothersome and growing in amount. Explained the contract relating to visits. great to have a review. Found the culprits getting into foodstuffs. ceres. cat treats etc. Educated as to what products are highly suspect sprayed entire house. Very neatly dressed. Used shoe covers. Called before appt.
