The technician was friendly and efficient. So far we are pleased with the whole Orkin experience. I gave 4 stars because we still a lot of bee activity. The technician did warn us it might happen. Orkin called us unprompted to schedule a follow up appointment. Hopefully the next application will have us bee free!
