The technician was friendly and efficient. So far we are pleased with the whole Orkin experience. I gave 4 stars because we still a lot of bee activity. The technician did warn us it might happen. Orkin called us unprompted to schedule a follow up appointment. Hopefully the next application will have us bee free!

Nick was great! He got here early, saw how stressed I was, and calmly walked me through the process and what I should expect. He was very professional and thorough. I will HIGHLY recommend Orkin in the future! And the representative who I spoke with to set up my appointment, Ryan, was also amazing! He listened to my panic and helped navigate me through all the crazy. I appreciate them both!
