Marcus the Tech. Was excellent. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and eliminated the problem. What I did have a big problem with was with Orkin. I asked Marcus if Orkin offered a senior or veteran discount? He said “Let me call and check” the office told him that the bill was $265 and the already gave me the discount making it $199. I think that was bull. If they were offering discounts say it in the advertising or up front. I doubt I’ll use them again.
