RecommendedI’ve been very pleased with Orkin. I had a big ant problem for years finally called Orkin and since they have been coming out I’ve had no ants. Plus we had a wasp’s nest in the corner of our house outside and I called and they came out immediately and took care of the problem no additional charge. Our service guy, Toby is excellent. Very courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful with any of our concerns. He also helped with mice in our garage. I would definite recommend Orkin.

RecommendedI've been using Orkin for a few years now and have been very pleased until yesterday. I have an issue with the price, not the service. I have always been charged $100 for inside and outside. My home is 2500 sq ft, 3 stories, 4 bedroom. Outside basically consists of walking around in a square. How am I charged $100 yesterday for outside only? I called to inquire and they offered to take $30 off. It seems to me that the inside would be more than outside. Called into the call center and have had messages sent over to my local branch to call me and set up an inspection a total of 3 times. The first time, no call back. Second time calling into the call center a whole week later (I figured the branch was just busy and allowed time for catch-up), I was assured I would get a call from the service manager in the morning. STAY OUT OF CUSTOMERS BATHROOMS!!!! Whoever came over USED my bathroom!! Absolutely disgusting. You were supposed to spray our kitchen for ants, not use my toilet AND bathtub! There's water in my tub, a wet spot outside of my bathroom and my toilet bowl brush has been moved. You are NOT supposed to - NOR ALLOWED - to use customers bathrooms! I'm so beyond tired of this companies, it's just ridiculous. Can't trust any of them anymore. Been scorned by so many companies lately.
