The employees who work for Orkin always seem to be good. Management and the team booking them are horrible and cannot get it together. Moved to another residence and called them after they no called / no showed at last place on the first treatment. Imagine me being shocked when it just happened again, and the technician showed up 2 hours after the window time. No call, text, or email saying we are running late and failing again. Just shows up. I called and scheduled an appointment with the Saginaw office today. They gave me a timeframe of 4pm to 6pm. I was told they would come within that timeframe. It is now 6:37pm, I've called the office where no one answered and spoke with their call center whom all have no idea where our technician or what happened as to why we don't have anyone at my home.
