The employees who work for Orkin always seem to be good. Management and the team booking them are horrible and cannot get it together. Moved to another residence and called them after they no called / no showed at last place on the first treatment. Imagine me being shocked when it just happened again, and the technician showed up 2 hours after the window time. No call, text, or email saying we are running late and failing again. Just shows up. I called and scheduled an appointment with the Saginaw office today. They gave me a timeframe of 4pm to 6pm. I was told they would come within that timeframe. It is now 6:37pm, I've called the office where no one answered and spoke with their call center whom all have no idea where our technician or what happened as to why we don't have anyone at my home. By telling you up front before they walk in your mobile home, they don't treat mobile homes because we own the home and are on someone else's property. it was a waste of my time and money.
Absolutely horrible guy was nice but didn’t come prepared i called about mice issue and the guy brought 2 traps lol Theirs supposed to be like 12 or 13 of them didn’t spray around my house like the lady on the phine said that they would he said that he rather not use chemical well I told him I wanted it he didn’t have none so he didn’t have no mouse traps didn’t have no spray didn’t go in the attack There’s a hole around my air conditioning unit he didn’t plug it because he probably didn’t have anything and then took my mon... read more
