Friday evening our master bedroom filled with leatherjackets and when I called their helpline they said the local office was closed and they would call me back within the next 24-48hrs. I started service today pi’s $275 for inspection and application that’s why it was more was for the inspection! She was here 5 minutes, didnt inspect anything just immediately started spraying. She just said someone will be out next month! It’s like she just rushed definitely not happy as service was not as described by the representative
I don't like paying my money and having to argue with ashley about service dates not kept

Over two weeks ago I called and made an appointment I asked them to bring out two rodent stations and spray inside the technician clams nobody was here when I was sitting in the living room during his supposed time of visit the work order left on my door knob said he treated the yard I walked around the yard six times looking for any granules none found I looked thoroughly in my opinion a bogus work order and no rodent stations put out nor did the inside of my house get sprayed in the original call that I made service repres... read more

I have been dealing with Orkin for a couple of years now and this is the first time that I have been totally dissatisfied! The new guy had to be told where to put pest strips and acted reluctant to do so. Several places where the previous control man put strips were overlooked. When I asked him about it he said that I did not need them there. Places such as my closets where I told him that I had seen spiders. And I had to tell him not to leave the strips lying around in the open where my grandchildren can reach them! I asked... read more
