Friday evening our master bedroom filled with leatherjackets and when I called their helpline they said the local office was closed and they would call me back within the next 24-48hrs. It’s now Sunday morning and no call and we still have the leatherjackets. The moral of this story is that if you have an out of office hours emergency don’t bother to call Orkin.
