things they told me were not true, also they would not show me proof the treatment was working for termites (if I even had them) customer service was unacceptable and rude, would not recommend
No showed twice, then when they came, walked around perimeter without coming to door or in and treating, and liberally sprayed baby's inflatable sprinkler and my security camera with pesticide. Then left! No contact made!
I have never met a group of people that are so unapologetically bad at their job. I called this company and set appointments 4 separate times. Three of those times the technician just never called and never showed up; wasting 16 hours of my time waiting around. When i call the office (if they even pick up the phone) they don’t apologize and only offer to book another appointment. I don’t understand how this company is in business. If I could give negative stars i would.
I am a new customer. I called to get an estimate for my home. I didn't accept her offer and I got off the phone telling them I would call back. Within minutes I had someone call me from working I'll bring me a deal twice as good as they first offered. I thought well that's fantastic. Yes I want your service I told her so they came out next terminated for spiders.
