Customer service is most horrible. I was out of country and just came back only 15 days ago. Technician started calling very next morning that I will be there in 10 minutes. Called my rep and set an appointment after a week. But still different techs kept us bothering total 5 times. Inspite of my appointment on this Wednesday, tech knocked on my door this morning. As I said no to he forced to do outside treatment and he didn’t listen. Now I’ll see when they come for interior.
