My technician, Brandon, was very nice and will informed! Answered all my questions and told me to call him with any problems and provided his telephone number! Brandon took the time to explain that the spray today might bring out the unwanted pest but not to worry the spray would take care of the problem! Kudos to Brandon! He did an excellent job and seems to care for his clients!
