For my first appointment, they sent a technician who told me he couldn’t remember everything he was supposed to do. For my second appointment, they didn’t show up or contact me.

It was a mistake having this company do any work for me. They are very concerned about just upselling and not what the customer actually needs. It was a disaster from the very beginning. They never called to schedule anything and when I called them, they stated the inspector, Rico, never turned in my paperwork. I actively had squirrels inside above my garage and they took their time with everything. Had a sugar ant extermination back in June to keep them off my kitchen counters. They said it would take 6 weeks to fully see the results. In July I call and say I’m still having sugar ant problems. They say “oops it’s past the 30 day window can’t do anything for you would you like to pay us the full amount again or pay us to come out monthly?” Didn’t even offer me a discount even though they never offered me any relief from the problem. Typical pest control scam. Once you get started Orkin will continue to charge you forever. Canceled the service back in Nov and they keep trying to set up an appointment and they continue to bill me for the services they ARE NOT PROVIDING nor is it a service I want. Plus they always notify me of the next "service" on the weekend so you can't call them. Do not recommend.
