Get directionsThe two techs who came out after the first one did not have any idea where the bait stations were. One looked in a dark room in my basement and said he did not have a flash light but he knew there weren’t any bait stations. All techs have been very nice but always in a hurry. The last tech left without telling me and I had another station for him to look at. I also had attic- insulation work and Kevin was excellent.
I am not satisfied at all. I’m stopping Orkins service. The problem I wanted fixed has not been fixed after many months of so called treatments.
No warning for when Orkin is showing up despite numerous updates to account. In fact unable to update account: "Oh, yes, this account has been updated" until the next technician shows up without notice. Prepaid for service [four visits: I only know one visit. The technicians seem knowledgeable and seem to try to make up for short comings of head office. How hard is it to let me know when to expect someone?

There is no way to understate the lack of service in the Columbus Orkin Branch. Calling their line they rarely pickup, never call back. Never schedule the time you need/ reschedule. I have had nothing but trouble from them.

Service techs park on city streets like it's their personal driveway. Selfishly blocking alleys and side streets so they don't have to walk another 10ft. Lazy AF!!

Tried to cancel service for the day! They came the day before and charged me for it. I was home and did not see them do this work in the snow, which I did not need! CANCELED SERVICE!

They scheduled an appointment to provide a service. They scheduled a technician. I took the day off work.i don't live at the resident that is being serviced. I arrived at the location in their assigned window. I received confirm they are coming. 2 minutes later they cancel.
