I have had a horrible experience with this Orkin branch. I am almost 3 months post my first inspect and still do not have remedy in place for mice in my attic and this is the reason I called the in the first place. Whenever I call the office I always get a voicemail and have never had a same day return call. I have completed a survey voicing my displeasure, sent multiple emails to a manager, James Bumgarner, without any response and yet they keep taking money from my credit card.
