Had every other month appointments and this month our appointment was rescheduled 3 different times. Today we got a confirmation text that our guy had arrived at 9:54 am but he was not on the property. At 10:49 we received a text to review our services. We did not have anyone to check our traps and replace them. We won't be using Orkin again.

technicians that never follow up, no call backs, missed appointments with no call to cancel. misdiagnosis of an issue within home. costing over 1000 to fix. however, I used to have a wonderful technician spray. but those days are over.
