we had orkin over 3 years at our old home when we moved we got a horrible tech didn't do anything but set glue traps after I asked them not to. then they tried to force us into other services even tho we didn't need them. wasted $300 for glue traps. still have ants, Beatles and wasps.

Chris Fraser the inspector that showed up today was very helpful and very kind. In the past few years I have discovered that my house has not been inspected on the inside. And I’m not happy about it. I am waiting to hear back from John Byerly a manager to discuss this issue. Why am I paying for a service that I’ve not been receiving. Also, I have called the Terre Haute office multiple times throughout the years (10) yrs to give them my current phone # And I find out today that they still had my old # that has not been in ... read more

Absolutely horrible visit today. Applicator was not approachable nor friendly. Didn’t spray like other treatments have. This is the 7th new Applicator in a year. I am almost ready to switch to a different company if the quality of service and consistency of such doesn’t improve dramatically. Been with you guys almost 10 years and just completely disappointed today.
