Very effective service. I only have services performed to the outside of my house three times a year. I originally contacted Orkin because I am terrified of spiders. I haven't seen a spider on the outside, or inside, of my home since Orkin has been coming. I also appreciate that our technician was also very knowledgeable and helpful today when I asked him for advice on flea prevention for our pets. Our technician, Jeff, does a great job and is always very friendly, professional and knowledgeable! Thank you Jeff!

Like others, we have been doing business with them for over 25 years. My biggest, and frankly only, criticism is that they are extremely poor in notifying us of planned service call. The quality of service calls is excellent, but the notification process is sub-par. When we call the office, things improve for a couple of months, then revert to 50% failure rate. I have also written to them, to no avail.
Superior expertise on every type of pest ; efficient and thorough service at times convenient for me.

I’ve used Orkin services for over 25 years, but the last two years have been frustrating because of lateness and poor scheduling notification. I’d still recommend it, but with that caveat.
