RecommendedVery effective service. I only have services performed to the outside of my house three times a year. I originally contacted Orkin because I am terrified of spiders. I haven't seen a spider on the outside, or inside, of my home since Orkin has been coming. I also appreciate that our technician was also very knowledgeable and helpful today when I asked him for advice on flea prevention for our pets. Our technician, Jeff, does a great job and is always very friendly, professional and knowledgeable! Thank you Jeff!

RecommendedLike others, we have been doing business with them for over 25 years. My biggest, and frankly only, criticism is that they are extremely poor in notifying us of planned service call. The quality of service calls is excellent, but the notification process is sub-par. When we call the office, things improve for a couple of months, then revert to 50% failure rate. I have also written to them, to no avail.
