RecommendedI’ve used Orkin services for over 25 years, but the last two years have been frustrating because of lateness and poor scheduling notification. I’d still recommend it, but with that caveat.

I would like to consider using Orkin, but I am uncomfortable dealing with their national sales reps who are very aggressive and say I must sign up and give them my credit card before they will provide written documentation. I want to talk to someone local who is close to the responsible person, but even though I called 4 different 563 phone numbers they all direct you to someone at a distant location.
RecommendedI tested positive for chronic urticaria last year. I was having bad outbreaks, severe itching, Nothing I did was okay then it progressed to my inability to wear heel shoes. Once I wear heels my feet would swell, and it would trigger a whole body reaction. I started taking steroids, just so I can live a normal life. Everyday I was always breaking out and I didn't like it. The steroid made me gain excess weight. They were great at the beginning but all of a sudden they quit showing up. I never got a call or text but I kept getting charged. Called their number and of course you can’t talk to the actual location so I spoke with their customer service group and told them the issue. They didn’t care. No money refund nothing. They have been getting paid for doing nothing. Complete scam
