I recommend them as good at getting unwanted pest out, but dislike how we asked them many times to call my husband phone instead of mine. They still call me. Also how some don't give you a time frame if they leave a voicemail just that they will come sometime in the afternoon.

I called on pantry moths, I’m four services and over two months in with no resolution. First they didn’t bring the correct traps, then they didn’t spray correctly, then the brought cockroach traps by mistake. I’ve called 6 times for a refund and each time an told a supervisor will call back in 24hrs and it’s never happened. The store manager at the Green Bay location told me he’s simply too busy training new team members to remember to look into it. The corporate line is also unsuccessful. Very nice lady came for yellow jacket infestation but she was afraid of them. I paid $264 for not sure what. She sprayed the heat intake pipe where they are nesting. My husband has been doing that for 3 days and got closer than she did
My grandmother had problems with the people showing up for their appointments in the allotted time and then when they rescheduled they came hours early with no indication. For a while after that things seemed to be going okay but at the end when my grandma cancelled her services they didn’t actually cancel them and she was charged almost $80 even though nobody ever came to the house. She’s tried calling and talking to them multiple times and it’s been a month and they’ve yet to refund her for services that never happened.
