My grandmother had problems with the people showing up for their appointments in the allotted time and then when they rescheduled they came hours early with no indication. For a while after that things seemed to be going okay but at the end when my grandma cancelled her services they didn’t actually cancel them and she was charged almost $80 even though nobody ever came to the house. She’s tried calling and talking to them multiple times and it’s been a month and they’ve yet to refund her for services that never happened.

Scheduled initial consultation and technician didnt show up TWICE and only rescheduled because WE called him to do so. Today he is a no call/no show and wont even answer the call... beyond frustrating...

I was lied to about the service and service agreement. The person who came to our house did a horrible job!! He did nothing like I was told what would be done. Can’t wait to cancel my service!
They have some bad communication skills with their after hours dispatcher, made an appointment that I took off work for just to be called at the time of my appointment that they wouldnt be able to get to me for a week, what was the point of the appointment then? I understand they are a few hours from me but still should honor an appointment when it was made clear i have an issue that id like to get control of before it getsout of hand.
