***Buyer Beware*** Took care of immediate need but insisted on a reoccurring service. Told me I could cancel anytime, when I called to cancel they told me I signed a legally binding contract that I must provide 30 days notice. Refused to accommodate multiple written requests.

When the inspector came he told me I need to sign the year contact before he started service and he would take care of my pest control needs he walk around the outer side and placed mice trays in kitchen and basement he sprayed all windows in house. When he was complete he told me he would call inspector to make an appointment next week to come out and give me and estimate. I asked estimate on what he said on the mice problem they would quote me a price on how to fix the problem I asked he what was it he just did. He told I... read more
