I had the worst experience with Orkin recently so much so I'm compelled to write about it here. I had a rodent issue in my crawl space and called these guys to come out for a free quote. After checking out the crawlspace and surrounding they guy gave me a quote for $80 a month and said "by the way you technically need a one year contract". I accepted the terms since I was in a pinch to get to the next meeting; not their fault.
