I cancelled my service because Orkin would ask for confirmation multiple times for scheduled appointments and then cancel the day of the appointment. Then no available appointments for weeks. They sent a refund check. I deposited the check at my bank. I got a letter from my bank a couple of weeks later saying Orkin did not pay so the money was being taken out of my account. A disreputable company that does not do their job and keeps money that does not belong to them. I've reached out to them several times with no response.... read more

About six months ago I called Orkin because I had a bad termite problem with my wood floors. They gave me an appt. And came to do an inspection, I told the inspector, which btw; looked like a homeless, wearing an Orkin company shirt very dirty and wrinkled; about my main concern with my floors, he recommended a treatment that costed me 2 grand, I signed they came and put baits all around the outside of the house, and after that, someone came about two more times to inspect the baits, 5 months had passed and my floors are get... read more

Do not waste your money!!! Alls they do is set up a few traps that were faulty at that and fill holes with foam filler, they missed a bunch of holes so rats were still getting in. Smh!!!. Go to Home Depot and buy some sticky traps and snap traps and foam filler. Do it yourself. These guys will do nothing for you but cause a headache and drain your wallet I promise

Two weeks ago, I book a pest service in my home for fleas. .I'm having lot of flea issues with home and my pets. They were very nice and fast in making an appointment for me. Today was the schedule appointment. I arranged everything and prep my home and took my dog to grooming to get treated as well. I called this morning and they gave me 10 to noon Window. My wife and I live in California and we had set up appointments with orkin several times to just come out and do the tent service. Orkin NEVER CAME BACK OUT ONCE WE CALLED AND SPOKE WITH DIFFERENT AGENTS. I WAS BEGINNING TO THINK ORKIN HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY SKIN. So eventually my wife and I settled for another company to get our house done but today when we get home we noticed that orkin came out to our neighbors home to tent their home. I think there is a problem?

After they took care of them problem. There crept up another pest. The tech said he would only charge me $100. And not to worry about the balance. Said he would contact the office and take care of it. He did not. After explaining the situation many time to Orkin. And was told I was NOT going to be sent to collections. They lied to me multiple times. And was sent to collections. So I gave up and paid the balance. Now they messed with my credit. And I will never go back to those liars
