This is my first time ever scheduling an appointment with exterminator and chose Orkin,, they scheduled me for 5/13 between 4pm-6pm. I got a little considered when it began 6:30pm no call or no show. So I called I was reassured I was on the schedule and all techs have to finish their routes before ending the work day. I was looking for pest control and contacted this company. They promised to call me back to schedule the technician 2 weeks ago. Terrible customer service.

First time calling and exterminator, they set me up with an appointment for today between 1-2 hours, no show no call... I had to call them back and they gave me no explanation on how I was mistakenly scheduled for tomorrow. Waisted the whole afternoon waiting on them..

I am canceling my service and discontinue any future service visits. I have been extremely unhappy with the miscommunication and inability for the people at your 877 number to address issues with billing and inconsistencies from what was promised to what was delivered. I was given different quotes by phone than what was delivered and after two times talking this through with two different people, not happened. I was promised a review, with no follow up. This is a review based on experience I had yesterday . A white car came zooming like a bat outta hell in the city of Arcadia by The Carwash across the street from Savers on the corner of Live Oak and Santa Anita. He cut me off and then cut off a city bus. He was driving sporadically and weaving in and out of cars during rush hour traffic. The time was 7:20pm. Can they do something about the customer service. I know you don't care, Laurie about hearing me talk about my pest and roaches crawling on my crib but pretend. I have wasted a day when the first treatment did not work. Also overpriced.

The employees don't do a great job, they are supposed to prevent pest at a work place and it seems like their pesticides bring more bugs in..they don't fully inspect the work place they are there for five minutes and leave..don't hire them you are wasting your money with them look somewhere else they will do a better job than this place no doubt about it
