I called them out for a termite inspection and they were by far the most thorough inspection I have seen so far. They went in the attic and underneath the house. No other company I've called has done that. I have had 4 companies out so far. Not reliable. They come to your house but lazy to do the job. Never use Orkin, just call other company.

It's no wonder why this company has SUCH terrible ratings. They are the most unreliable and unprofessional pest control company I've ever worked with. When I asked for service, they wouldn't come- wouldn't even dignify me with a response. When I didn't want the service anymore and called Kenny Watts and cancelled, they came anyways. We had Orkin out a couple years ago & the nice representative sold dad on insulation and Pest Control. The insulation keeps coming out of the vents and is a HUGE MESS. It irritates my 99 year old Dad's and my allergies. They charged nearly $10,000 and not the Central A/C unit gets clogged with the junk they put in. It comes out the ducts. We had to pay for cleaning to come out & they reimbursed us with Pest Control. I find it ironic that pest control people come by to ask if they can provide a quote and wonder if we've had any pest problems. We said no but then my warehouse staff said they did smell something that could seem dead. I feel they planted the dead animals just so they can land an account. That's some shady shit. Wayyyy to "coincidental"

If I can give them zero and no star .this company don't deserve a star.i cancel my contract with them because this company cheat u every month for just coming to your place nd inspect and make a 6 page reports about your sanitation nd do nothing .they can't even take control of fruit flies forget about other pest.i change my pest company from Orkin to western and after one visit everything is under control Worst customer service ,cheaters Never never again The worlds worst pest control company,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

If I could given them ZERO stars, I would. Every time they come for service, they never call. I specifically asked them to call and schedule a time when someone would be home to let them in. Simple right? No, they just show up when they want and complain no one is there on their schedule. For all the money they charge, a little customer service would be nice. Take your money elsewhere. Terrible attitude and customer service.

If I can give zero stars I would. Terrible service. I get pitched a monthly service of $92 which I can cancel at anytime. So I told them yes send someone out thinking if the exterminator comes here and tells me I really don't need him to come back then I can cancel and it'll only be $92. HOLLY HELL. So the exterminator comes out to only tell me I don't have a problem. So I called Orkin back saying I want a clarification on this "monthly $92 payment" she said If I cancel I still have to pay a one time visit fee of $249 ... UM... read more

I would never use Orkin. It took an act of God to get a quote from these guys. I called about six times for them to email me the termite status of my rental. I wanted to speak to the inspector directly, but he never called me. I'm glad I never had to pay them anything.
