I would never use this guys. I agree with Dorris's experience. They gave big promises on phone and never showed up. They never called to confirm the appointment. When I called in to check 1 hr before the appointment, they had changed my appointment time and simply said that they had some internal communication error and did not bother to let me know. I felt real stupid even to deal with them. I would never ever use them.

I wouldn't use thse guys. I called over there and they said it's $89 to do an inspection but at least it' thorough. I don't know about that. I called 3 other pest control companies and they all came out to do a free inspection. I guess Orkin's time is too valuable to see a little customer.
