Orkin is a great company to handle your pest control. Fernando has been our tech since we've had the service, and he has been professional, understanding and knowledgeable. He addresses our concerns and give us suggestions to help with our pest control. He is a very respectable young man . It is a pleasure to do business with Orkin.
Terrible with scheduling and communication. Actually had a technician no show and not respond to messages. When I called back to ask for refund or schedule a missed treatment, no apology and it was rescheduled. No confirmation email. Online it lists them as open 24 hours but they actually aren’t and don’t respond to messages as I left a message 3 business days ago and no one responded to that still. Terrible company. Going back to Lloyd’s or another if anyone has suggestions.
We had a bug problem and they came with a plan to take care of it. So far we pretty much have no issues. We're happy with the service. The service provider is courteous, professional, and communicative.
I used this service years ago and decided with my new property i would use them again. First year went great..... and then it became a nightmare. They added on services I did not approve and billed me for it. I called repeatedly to remove the charge as i did not approve the service. They never canceled it so i was repeatedly charged for it. I love orkin. I have been using their service for 5years now. They are always nice, on time and very thorough and professional. I live in East County where there is a lot of critters. They do such a good job that I haven't had any issues within my house. (Or outside for that matter). I love them and would for sure recommend them. Thank you Stacy!
