A couple of years ago we paid Orkin $1800 for termite treatment. Less than a year and a half later had to pay them another $6000 to tent the house as we still had termites. Here it is a year and a half later and we have termites pouring out from under our house by the hundreds, if you can see hundreds that means there are thousands. First contacted them the first week in October as we have a 5 year warranty only after a week plus of leaving messages with no return calls. Told us no one could come for three weeks. Dangerous driver alert: at 9:30 am on 22 December 2022 driving west on Camino del Norte I slowed down and let the driver go ahead of me. As I was stopping at the light on dove canyon road he suddenly swerved in front of all the way from the left turn lane into the right turn lane. It's a broad highway so this was a very dangerous maneuver that almost caused a collision I had to brake very fast. The plate number is 6987Y12.

My "Passive Aggressive" self is done and Canceling . Quality of service is dead since Diego left. I've tried over the last year with no success, to get some sort of gopher service with my 6+ years of routine bug spray service. You send me texts, that no one can reply too or maybe you don't read them. Send texts, two back to back. Tech will be there in about 60 min then tech is at my door 2 seconds later. If I could put 0, I would. Thanks for getting rid of our termites, but I'm extremely disappointed about the inconsideration the workers had for leaving sunflower seed shells and a cigarette butt in our yard. Prior to us leaving our house, the workers were engaging in spitting out sunflower seeds and smoking cigarettes as they saw us walking our dogs off our property. Came out after I called for termite treatment options. Would not quote for tenting as i have a very large aquarium and he said they couldn't tent a house with an aquarium. I told him I had already looked into this... Proceeded to quote five thousand dollars and all I would have to do is move two huge, stationary concrete flowerbeds away from the house and remove the aquarium away from the wall in order for them to treat. Have used Orion over 4-5 months the spiders were gone but had to make 3 appointments for mosquitos and probable has no sign of improvements. The charge was not clear and after realising we've charged lot more than we were told we cancelled the whole service. Not satisfied.

Terrible scheduling. Made appointment and called to confirm about 3 times. The day of the appointment they hadn't shown up and I was told that "they forgot" to come. Very unprofessional excuse and unacceptable. Especially since it took hours to prepare and they need you out of your home for about 4 hours
