RecommendedYes, we would recommend Orkin Pest Control. We are appreciative of the services rendered outside our home, but I was also expecting the inside to be treated as well as our garage. I was out of town visiting my mother who was in the hospital. I would have asked them to come inside. My husband was home when the Orkin man came. He did leave sticky paper traps for us to fold and place throughout our house.

show up, I haven't had Orkin in months they show up 4 months later and leave a note sorry we missed you then billed us with a picture of my ex roommates room who moved out in July how would I have that TV in September? it's all terrible no one calls me back no one answers my voicemails or emails, no one. then they try to bill me. I want a FULL REFUND PLUS EXTRA SINCE I HAD TO TAKE CARE OF IT AFTER MONTH 3 OF NO CALL NO SHOW

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They take your money and refuse to show at scheduled times. When you speak with a "Supervisor", the blame is placed on you and they basically call you a liar because they dont make mistakes. They "Guarantee" a fix but push the timeline back when they dont complete the job. Once is a mistake, but multiple tiimes is a habit.
