They are extremely helpful and accommodating! I love that they are thorough and they give me plenty of reminders before quarterly treatments! We also rarely ever see a bug!!!

show up, I haven't had Orkin in months they show up 4 months later and leave a note sorry we missed you then billed us with a picture of my ex roommates room who moved out in July how would I have that TV in September? it's all terrible no one calls me back no one answers my voicemails or emails, no one. then they try to bill me. I want a FULL REFUND PLUS EXTRA SINCE I HAD TO TAKE CARE OF IT AFTER MONTH 3 OF NO CALL NO SHOW
UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They take your money and refuse to show at scheduled times. When you speak with a "Supervisor", the blame is placed on you and they basically call you a liar because they dont make mistakes. They "Guarantee" a fix but push the timeline back when they dont complete the job. Once is a mistake, but multiple tiimes is a habit.
They can’t get it together and their service isn’t to satisfactory!
My guy showed up at 5:45 pm for a 4 to 6 appointment. He brought one can with him inside, sprayed one spray on 3 vents. Used a pump sprayer upstairs only and didn't spray inside the garage, kitchen or living room. He sprayed around the outside but no lie I watched the spray trickle out I can't see how any coverage was accomplished. Didn't spray around the outside windows just the ground.
