They can’t get it together and their service isn’t to satisfactory!
RecommendedMy guy showed up at 5:45 pm for a 4 to 6 appointment. He brought one can with him inside, sprayed one spray on 3 vents. Used a pump sprayer upstairs only and didn't spray inside the garage, kitchen or living room. He sprayed around the outside but no lie I watched the spray trickle out I can't see how any coverage was accomplished. Didn't spray around the outside windows just the ground. I have been a customer since June 2021 and my pest issue has not gotten better. On June 14th, I had Orkin come out for a touch up service. The first issue is that the technician is not knowledgeable about anything regarding any kind of pests. Orkin claims they will come out as many times as you need between services, however, the technician said I could pay for them to come more often (although I rarely call for touch ups)…and for the touch-ups he’ll only be able to come inside for a few minutes and put down dust only. First off I had to wait almost two weeks for Orkin to show up, then when the “pest technician” showed up he had a simple bucket of rat poison squares…I informed him that the rat was huge weeks ago and those same type of poisons have been used already…there was no inspection of my home, not qualified person to get rid of my problem but the cost was 200 dollars for four poison squares…to say I am HIGHLY disappointed and irate right now is an understatement…this has got to be false advertisement at it’s best.

They could start by acknowledging when they are there and leaving a receipt after services. I was home and no one ever came and I was charged. Then I was told I couldn't cancel I'm under contract one I never signed
Orkin has not been doing a good job. Coming to our home inspecting for termites and schedule time for us

I have been under an extensive remodel. I called on March 4 only to be told they cut off my service on Feb 28th. I asked to speak to the manager. He called 2 weeks later to tell me he had to talk to another manager to see if they could reinstate my service. I never got a bill notice, or phone call about a past due bill. Called again last Thursday said a new manager would call me the first of this week. They are not responding. They are hateful and are not customer service friendly.
