Generally happy with Orkin. I have had to reschedule a time or two and they have been good about adjusting. Pest control seems to be working. My only issue is giving a 10:00a-12:00n window. They came early. I was on a Zoom call at 9:00a and couldn’t get to the door or talk to the tech about some issues. Staying to the schedule or communicating an early call would be a better way to handle this especially when we are all home. The service is fine, timing not so much.

Orkin has kept my home pest free for sometime now. They always notify me more than once when my technician will arrive & i like that! They practice social distancing, are very polite & go about doing their job quickly & efficiently! Thank you Orkin!

While our service rep was good in person, would have been nice to know ahead of time that spraying indoors requires us to vacate for 3 hours. During COVID, this is not a very realistic ask and even harder to do on short notice. But it was nice to have an appt on Saturday.
The service reps are very friendly and professional. I do wish Orkin would use stronger methods to get rid of bugs faster.
