Wesley, our tech, is great. Professional, timely, thorough. But the computer appointment system needs updating/fixing. I set our appointment and received confirmation of date and time. The next day another email reminder, but with a new time slot. I can see this happening once in a while bc sh*t happens. But every single appointment gets muddled like this.
