Great first time round but then cancelled appointments 5 times and continued to charge credit card. Don’t get caught out of further services.

Every time I schedule the tech calls or texts saying their route doesn’t cover me and they need me to reschedule for a day they will be closer to my city!!!! Every single time! I usually get a different tech every tine too!!! Plus they always show at the tail end of the 2 hour window or up to 5-15 minutes late

PET PARENTS BEWARE!!! Someone from the company came to spray and I over heard him saying “ I don’t want to spray in the house if you have kids” which caused concern to me because my dog is sensitive and I rather he not get sick or have a rash. I ask the man what he was going to spray, he wouldn’t tell me. I asked him for his name, he wouldn’t tell me. I asked him not to spray because my dog is sensitive and he told me “IM NOT GOING TO SPRAY ANYTHING” when I closed my front door (and he thought I wasn’t watching) he proceede... read more
