I have a new technician every time I need service. I get a voicemail the night before advising me of my service that they have scheduled the next day. I cannot reschedule as their office is closed when I get the voicemail. I have asked numerous times to have Orkin give me more than one day notice. I still get the call the night before. The technician that came today was helpful and had a good sense of humor.
