they came, they sprayed, the bugs went away. they are very courteous and professional, they are very thorough and go above and beyond their expectations. since I have been using them I haven't seen a single pest in 6 months. I have them come in every 3 months now just to be safe.

This morning a new technician came to service my home. His name is Robert & he was excellent. Very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional. I had Jesse before & was upset that I was not getting him back because his route was changed. So I’m glad I got a new technician that was good.

The service was fine. Regular quarterly pest service with no specific problems to address. A bit difficult for me to transition over to using Orkin as I loved the small company feel of Hydrex. But I’m trying to adjust to the inevitable change.
