RecommendedMy Orkin technician is great. He always checks to make sure our dogs have gone out (need to wait an hour before letting them out after treatment) and he always checks to see what issues, if any, we are having. They also explain why certain bugs come around. Wasps on the ground are getting water, etc. They never use chemicals that harm bees or frogs! I have had other pest control companies- but I only trust Orkin!

RecommendedWe have used Orkin for years and have been satisfied. My rating is based on those past years. However, this month things definitely took a downturn. Our service was scheduled for 2/12 between 7&8 - the technician never showed up nor were we contacted about rescheduling. I called and reported the no show. They were apologetic and rescheduled for 2-13, the next day, between 10&12. Again, we locked our dogs inside but by 1 pm it was clear they were yet again a no show.
