We have used Orkin for years and have been satisfied. My rating is based on those past years. However, this month things definitely took a downturn. Our service was scheduled for 2/12 between 7&8 - the technician never showed up nor were we contacted about rescheduling. I called and reported the no show. They were apologetic and rescheduled for 2-13, the next day, between 10&12. Again, we locked our dogs inside but by 1 pm it was clear they were yet again a no show.
