The technician, Terrance, was courteous, listened to me as I described the problems, then explained everything he was going to do clearly to me. He did a thorough job, explained what he found after completing the service. He warned me of some problems Of which I was unaware. As he left, he closed and LATCHED both of the gates to my yards, which I really appreciate because of my pets.

Presence/ the availability.
My Orkin technician is great. He always checks to make sure our dogs have gone out (need to wait an hour before letting them out after treatment) and he always checks to see what issues, if any, we are having. They also explain why certain bugs come around. Wasps on the ground are getting water, etc. They never use chemicals that harm bees or frogs! I have had other pest control companies- but I only trust Orkin!
