The technician, Terrance, was courteous, listened to me as I described the problems, then explained everything he was going to do clearly to me. He did a thorough job, explained what he found after completing the service. He warned me of some problems Of which I was unaware. As he left, he closed and LATCHED both of the gates to my yards, which I really appreciate because of my pets.
