The technician is always on time and willing to do what it takes to fix problems, for instance we have rats since our neighbors put up a bird feeder and our tech is trying to take care of the problem without endangering my three dogs

Always courteous and business-like. I moved from Alaska to Central Oregon two years ago. In Alaska there wasn’t as much of an insect problem as there is in Central Oregon (Except for mosquitoes!). With regular maintenance from Orkin, my insect problem is nearly non existent! Very nice!
