Out tech was very nice and professional. We’ve been told we have rats and I know others in the neighborhood have had the same issues. However, he could not find a way they were entering under our house. My question is how can we eradicate them if we have no idea how they’re getting in? Isn’t that the goal? Again, other than that he was great.
