TRY SOMEONE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, MONEY, AND FRUSTRATION! Today I cancelled my Orkin service because the customer service and the service provided have dropped from my initial experience with them of the last 4 years. They charge more now than in 2015 but provide less than ever. They say they can notate the account and schedule you when you need (for me its weekends in the morning) but then you constantly have to call to reschedule what their AUTOMATED system schedules. Ms. Nelson I am sorry that you feel the way that you do. As you can imagine, our industry is heavily regulated when it comes to the application of the products that we use and how we apply them. The restrictions we have do limit on how we can treat and where we can apply certain products. We follow the label directions as it is Federal Law and cannot violate those application directions. I apologize again for your experience and how you feel but as explained we must follow the label according to applications made.

They told me one price on the phone and it was doubled when they arrived.
