we did all the preparation for getting our house sprayed and the guy that came out sounded like he knew nothing about the job all he did was put bait out and glue strips out like we payed for our house to be sprayed not just baited its kinda messed up but the corporate office gave us a full refund and our next service is free so we will see if we get someone better next rime
All other companies out there offer free inspections. Orkin charges $95. Then when they bill you there's tax added on to it which they don't tell you about upfront. They want to charge an exorbitant amount for a service that they contract out their work. So they add money onto the price, so essentially you're being screwed!

Jessica I am sorry that you feel this way. We are upfront with our pricing for Bed Bug inspections and in Washington state there is sales tax. The cost for services is dependent on the type of job that we are doing. We offer multiple options. I'd be happy to discuss this with you further.
I have had Orkin coming to my home for the past two years, only to find out this week that the black boxes that are supposed to have traps in them, and the technicians have supposedly been checking the whole time, have no mouse traps. In fact, it looks like mice have been building nests in them. TRY SOMEONE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, MONEY, AND FRUSTRATION! Today I cancelled my Orkin service because the customer service and the service provided have dropped from my initial experience with them of the last 4 years. They charge more now than in 2015 but provide less than ever. They say they can notate the account and schedule you when you need (for me its weekends in the morning) but then you constantly have to call to reschedule what their AUTOMATED system schedules. Ms. Nelson I am sorry that you feel the way that you do. As you can imagine, our industry is heavily regulated when it comes to the application of the products that we use and how we apply them. The restrictions we have do limit on how we can treat and where we can apply certain products. We follow the label directions as it is Federal Law and cannot violate those application directions. I apologize again for your experience and how you feel but as explained we must follow the label according to applications made.
