Rick is great.. I have had issues with those tiny brown sugar ants . He always takes care of the problem. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

This time I went with the Other Termite Company first but I should’ve known better. They disappointed me once but they won’t get the chance to do it again. Got a much better price from Orkin and I know that they will do a better job because they have done so in the past. Lydia Erb, New Caney, TX

I was supposed to have a follow up service done between 10am and 12pm. I got a text and email at 8:11pm that said the Orkin tech was at my residence but he was not here. He never showed up. Coincidentally the Area Service Manager was also supposed to be here first thing in the morning to go over a new treatment plan. I spoke with him on the phone to set up the appointment.
