I was supposed to have a follow up service done between 10am and 12pm. I got a text and email at 8:11pm that said the Orkin tech was at my residence but he was not here. He never showed up. Coincidentally the Area Service Manager was also supposed to be here first thing in the morning to go over a new treatment plan. I spoke with him on the phone to set up the appointment.
