RecommendedClearly the pesticides work as only a few roaches per month. Personnel are friendly and they explain what can be done, other than spraying. Example: filling holes to keep insects out, closing animal food bags closed, etc. I really love Orkin!

There was an issue with what initially was told by the Customer Service Rep., which did not match up with what the service tech mentioned. After speaking with Management, all was resolved. I will say Walter was great and explained everything thoroughly. He was very informative and guaranteed to get my rat problem in my garage and attic taken care of.
