Cameron Texas Area Called orkin for a mouse AND flea problem. Paid for both. First appt all the PC guy did was spray for fleas even tho we paid for the mouse service as well. We were confused but thought we understood wrong. So we called for a mouse estimator. What does orkin do? Send the same guy out that sprayed just to lay traps and leave. RecommendedSupervisor Eugene Simien and Field Technician Oscar both lied to my face stating there is no contract and that I can cancel at anytime. Once I read the agreement I found that I could not cancel and I asked right before they began servicing the property and they finally admitted after several back and fourth questions; that I cannot in fact cancel service within the first year.
