very disappointed. pest strips not changed. not sure anything downstairs was sprayed. outside traps not checked. spiders, roaches and various other bugs found in the house. thinking I will just spray my own house and save myself 90 bucks every 2 months. don't recommend Orkin to anyone.

Communication is terrible.Technician did not do all the rooms quoted. We even called the office after we left and showed the technician what rooms needed to be done. The office assured us that everything was good. When we got home to see that the room was not done, we called and left a message. No manager to talk to the next day when called as they were all out of state for a meeting. Was told the program we signed up for they just come back out to respray for the bed bugs. What the sales man said and what the technicians said and did, did not match. When they showed up to do the work they demanded payment before they would start. (My fault for not telling them to take a hike at that point)! I guess time will tell if the work they did keeps the pests out.

I have a contract to be inspected once a year, this year is two years since the last inspection. They call and leave a message the day before before they plan on being there, if you cannot be there they don't reschedule. If I did not have a contract, I would change providers. The first treatment I had to pull up the pavers and replace them, they left a mess. They are very unprofessional.
