RecommendedDidn’t like that the first guy I talked to on the phone said one price, tech said another and than it ended up being something different. Kinda shady. But the tech Brandon was awesome! Very informative, and professional! Was happy to help! And love the fact that they got someone out the day after I called! Flexible scheduling and so so nice! Thank you Orkin!!!!!

RecommendedDavid was very genial and answered all of my questions. The only thing, afterwards, was the box spring cover is HUUUUGE. That aside, it remains to be seen if they have gotten rid of all of the bed bugs.

10/10 would not recommend. Hidden fees and charges they don’t tell you up front. Signed a contract for a little over $80/month and they are charging me $187 every other month. On top of the $80 I was paying. Literally the worst company ever. And still had mice in my farmhouse even after they had been out multiple times. Not satisfied at all with the service.
