RecommendedGreat technician. On time and thorough. The office should review their technology to make it more user friendly. Phones are not answered within an appropriate time frame. And the new app they use is not compatible with the technician. I understand the need to know their location. But more communication between techs and office will be helpful. Technicians are the front line and some issues are not updated correctly from the office.

The people at Orkin were professional and courteous. Setting up the treatment on the phone was very easy, and the technician explained everything very well. The whole process was quick and painless.
Orkin was very informative about when they would be here notifying me 24 hours in advance then the day of and when the service man arrived. Richard was informative and took the time to answer questions. It was my first time using Orkin and they were excellent.
