I hired Orkin’s Lenexa/Overland Park branch to address an active German cockroach infestation. The technician who came to my home was courteous and did perform an initial treatment, placing bait, monitor boards, and other products. My concern is not that no work was performed—it’s that the follow-up process that was described to me never happened despite my repeated attempts to obtain it. I have called and emailed several times and now called again today to notify you that I sold the property last August. I no longer need this service. I keep getting emails and texts. We have used Orkin for a few years. Today the technician showed up. Walked in my back yard and did not do a darn thing. I think he believed we were not home. We always get service when we are not home. Our service is out side only. Called Orkin and got a voice mail. Left a message and no one has called me back.
