The people at Orkin were professional and courteous. Setting up the treatment on the phone was very easy, and the technician explained everything very well. The whole process was quick and painless.
Orkin was very informative about when they would be here notifying me 24 hours in advance then the day of and when the service man arrived. Richard was informative and took the time to answer questions. It was my first time using Orkin and they were excellent.

I have called and emailed several times and now called again today to notify you that I sold the property last August. I no longer need this service. I keep getting emails and texts. We have used Orkin for a few years. Today the technician showed up. Walked in my back yard and did not do a darn thing. I think he believed we were not home. We always get service when we are not home. Our service is out side only. Called Orkin and got a voice mail. Left a message and no one has called me back.

I have no idea if Orkin came to my house to do a routine spray. I had no communication with Orkin and they did not leave information if they came to do the October spraying.
